JUNIOR HOUSE LEAGUE

Players focus on the “Training to Train” portion of the  Long-Term Hockey Development (LTHD) framework, based on Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, supplementing the skills they learn in highschool. Skill training and physical development continue to be a key focus. Outdoor (turf) season runs from late April to the end of August and is played at Oakville or Burlington locations, and Indoor season runs from November to March in Oakville.

2025 Outdoor Field Hockey Season

Join our exciting outdoor field hockey league! Each session includes a 30-minute practice to hone your skills, followed by a thrilling game. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the sport, this league offers a fantastic opportunity to improve your game, stay active, and have fun!

 

We are holding a kick-off session on April 23rd!
The league will start on April 23rd and run until June 25th! *No games on Monday, May 19th (Victoria Day)*

 

Registration for our outdoor season is OPEN

For players in grade 8 - 12

Players born in

April 23rd - June 25th, 2025

2 days a week for 1 hour each day

Between 6-10pm

Players MUST wear shin pads, a mouth guard, and proper athletic shoes.

If you need to borrow a stick, no problem! We will have a limited amount on hand each week.
